Anger/Aggression Management Group
This 12 week structured educational group is ideal for court mandated individuals with cases that DO NOT involve intimate partner/domestic violence with any type of case i.e., custody, assaults, damaging property, etc. Self-referrals are also accepted. Groups are open ended, so there is NEVER a waiting list. Monthly progress reports and certificates are provided.
Group participants will learn:
How to identify their anger cues
Understand their anger style
Develop better communication and negotiation skills
Develop non-aggressive strategies to resolve conflict
